Terms of sale
Content version: 23 October 2026
1. Seller and contact
My Finisher Poster is operated by Tomasz Gibek, Rębiszów 41, 59-630 Mirsk, Polska. Contact for orders, complaints and personal data: kontakt@myfinisherposter.com. Website: myfinisherposter.com. Sales are carried out as an unregistered activity under Polish entrepreneurs' law.
2. Your product
You buy a personalised poster file with your route, result and optional photo and logo, created from your editor settings. Choose PDF, JPG or both for the same price. Available sizes are shown before purchase.
This is a digital product. Paper prints, frames and shipping are not included. You can print the file yourself or send it to a print shop.
The free preview has a lower resolution and a watermark. The purchased file has no watermark. Approximate print resolution: A4, A3 and 30×40 cm — 300 dpi; 40×50 cm — 225 dpi; 50×70 cm — 200 dpi. Photo sharpness also depends on the uploaded image and crop. The PDF contains a raster image; it is not a vector file.
3. Ordering and payment
Check the route, text, result, crop and size in the preview. Choose your files, accept these terms and the statement about immediate delivery, then click “Buy and pay”. You will see the final amount before confirming payment.
Prices are final prices. Currency follows the language version: Polish — PLN, German — EUR, English — USD. PDF and JPG together do not cost extra. Payment is one-off, with no subscription. Any discount and the final amount appear on the payment screen.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Use the methods shown on the payment screen; availability depends on currency and the provider's configuration. We do not sell to the United Kingdom.
The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed. We send the purchase confirmation, your declarations and download links to the email address given at payment.
4. Download and technical requirements
Once payment is confirmed, your files are available on the thank-you page and through links sent by email. If confirmation is delayed, we make the files available after receiving it. Please also check spam. Contact us with your order number if you need help.
Download links work for 7 days from payment confirmation. Save the files on your device. We delete files and thumbnails from the server 30 days after the order was created; later recovery is not guaranteed. Link expiry does not limit your complaint rights.
You need a current browser with JavaScript, internet access and storage space. We accept GPX, TCX and FIT, including ZIP or GZ archives. The editor selects one route file from a ZIP. Results and elevation profiles depend on the file's contents; missing or incorrect values can be edited manually. We recommend JPG or PNG for photos.
Open PDFs in a PDF reader and JPGs in an image viewer. Files have no DRM. Screen and print colours may differ depending on paper, printer and print settings.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. This also covers people granted equivalent consumer rights by applicable law.
The file is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. We ask for your express consent to delivery before the 14-day period ends and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. This right ends only if the statutory conditions are met, including delivery with your prior consent and provision of a contract confirmation and your declaration. Ticking the box or paying alone is not sufficient.
If your right of withdrawal has not ended, send a clear withdrawal statement to kontakt@myfinisherposter.com. Refunds are made within the statutory period, generally within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method unless we agree otherwise at no extra cost.
Model withdrawal form: To: Tomasz Gibek, Rębiszów 41, 59-630 Mirsk, Polska, kontakt@myfinisherposter.com. I hereby withdraw from the contract for the supply of digital content — a My Finisher Poster file. Ordered on: … Order number: … Name: … Address: … Date: … Signature — only for paper statements. Use of this form is optional.
6. Complaints
If your file is damaged, does not open or does not match the approved design, write to kontakt@myfinisherposter.com. Include your order number and a description; a screenshot may help. We reply within 14 days.
You have statutory rights if digital content does not conform to the contract. You may request that the file be brought into conformity and, where the law allows, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Consent to immediate delivery does not affect these rights.
The poster uses your entries and settings. Please check spelling, date, result and crop before buying. Limitations in source data do not exclude our statutory responsibility for the supplied file's conformity with the contract.
7. Your materials and use of the file
Only upload materials for which you have the necessary rights and permission from people shown in photos. Do not upload unlawful content. We use your materials to create and deliver your poster; purchasing does not give us permission to use your photo in advertising.
You may save the file, print it for yourself or as a gift, and share it on your non-commercial social media. Resale or commercial use of the design requires a separate agreement. This does not restrict rights under the map data's own licences.
My Finisher Poster is an independent product, not affiliated with event organisers. We do not add official event logos. Maps use data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), including through Protomaps. Elevation data comes from AWS Terrarium or Open-Meteo (Copernicus DEM). Keep the map attribution on the poster.
8. Final provisions
Polish law applies. This does not remove protection under mandatory consumer laws in your country of habitual residence.
Your local consumer protection body can provide information about out-of-court dispute resolution. Our privacy policy explains how we process personal data.
The terms available when you place your order apply to that order. Later changes do not alter an existing contract.
