Cookies and browser storage

1. No advertising tools

My Finisher Poster does not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. Browser storage supports editor settings, returning to a draft, checkout and faster maps. We do not use it to track you across websites.

2. Settings and drafts on your device

localStorage holds your language (plakat.lang), last style (plakat.style), last catalogue route (plakat.race.*) and draft (plakat.draft.v1). A draft can contain route data, text, result, crop settings, photo and logo if storage allows. We save drafts for both uploaded routes and routes drawn on the map. If the photo does not fit, you will need to upload it again.

Drafts and settings remain until replaced or deleted. “Start a new project” in the return prompt removes the previous draft. To remove all stored data, clear this site's data in your browser settings. Do this after using a shared device.

A discount code from a link is stored for up to 60 days (pf_kod) so it can be applied to your next purchase. sessionStorage may contain the last order identifier and access token (pf.last) until the browser session ends.

3. Map cache

IndexedDB stores map background data (mapgen). On retrieval, data older than 14 days is treated as stale. This is a cache validity period, not a guaranteed physical deletion deadline. Clear site data to remove it.

4. External providers

Cloudflare may use technical cookies for security and abuse prevention. Stripe's payment screen also has its own storage and cookie rules. See the providers' policies for details. Our privacy policy explains data sent when using maps and checkout.
