Questions

What am I buying?

A personalised poster file with your route, result and optional photo. Choose PDF, JPG or both for the same price. A physical print and frame are not included.

Do I need a file from my watch?

Upload GPX, TCX or FIT, including ZIP or GZ, or draw your route on the map. You can enter your time and result manually. If the file has no elevation or valid timestamps, some details need to be added by hand.

Do I have to add a photo?

No. You can make a poster with just your route, name and result. Photos and logos are optional.

What happens to my photo?

The preview and crop are created in your browser. At checkout you upload the finished PDF/JPG, including your photo and the details visible on the poster. We store the file and thumbnail for up to 30 days from order creation. We do not use your photo in advertising without separate permission.

What resolution is the file?

A4, A3 and 30×40 cm are about 300 dpi; 40×50 cm about 225 dpi; 50×70 cm about 200 dpi. The PDF contains a raster image. Photo quality depends on the original and crop; the editor warns if the photo resolution is too low. Social media JPGs are 2160×2160 or 2160×3840 pixels.

How much does it cost?

$9.90 per poster: PDF, JPG or both. One-off payment, no subscription. The preview is free. Stripe shows available payment methods before you pay.

When and how do I download my files?

After payment confirmation, download them on the thank-you page or through links sent by email. Links work for 7 days, so save the files on your device. If the email has not arrived, check spam or contact us with your order number.

Can I report a problem with my file?

Yes. If the file is damaged, does not open or does not match the approved design, contact us with your order number. We reply within 14 days. Consent to immediate delivery does not remove your complaint rights.

Is this an official product of the race organiser?

No. My Finisher Poster is an independent product. Use your own route or available catalogue routes. We do not add official event logos.

Where does the map come from?

Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), including through Protomaps. Elevation: AWS Terrarium or Open-Meteo (Copernicus DEM). Accuracy depends on source data; the poster is a keepsake, not a navigation map.
